Mexican singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, Vanessa Zamora, recently released “Dejarnos Ir” alongside Juan Pablo Vega. The psychedelic pop-up-beat track showcases her velvety voice describing a relationship that needs to go with the flow and to just let go - as the song title translates.
Marissa Mur - “Aquí Me Tienes”
Marissa Mur, born and raised in Sonora, México creates tropical pop that feels both fresh and authentic, thanks to her strong Mexican roots. In her most recent single, “Aqui Me Tienes,” Marissa sings about being so in love that she is wrapped around someone’s finger, over a danceable production as the backdrop.
Nicole Horts- “Nubes”
Mexican singer-songwriter, Nicole Horta, is known for exploring and creating her music inspired by a fusion of soul, neo-soul, R&B, pop & funk. Her latest EP, VAYU, is full of gems like “Nubes,” a powerful heart-breaking track where Nicole sings of the struggle of balancing words and actions from a loved one.
Paula Cendejas - “Sabaneta”
Hailing from Madrid, Paula Cendejas, is a young 25-year old artist who is taking the world of Latin music by storm. In her latest single, “Sabaneta,” a hit off her soon-to-be-released EP, the songstress explores tribal sounds that instantly intrigue you, making you want to hear more.
Tayo Sound - “Runaway”
The Nigerian-Scottish artist, Tayo Sound, recently released his latest EP, Runaway. The entire project is full of pop addictive gems. In his single “Runaway,” the artist delves into those relationships that aren’t good for either party but it sometimes is simply too difficult to let go.
Charlie Houston - “Things”
Charlie Houston recently released the single “Things,” off of her first EP, I Hate Spring. The upcoming Toronto star did not disappoint and delivered a pop fusion-filled track accompanied by her hypnotizing melodies. In the song, Charlie sings about becoming so infatuated with someone that you begin to lose sight of who you are.
Blue Canopy - “Little Tourist”
From Portland, Oregon, Blue Canopy is back with some lovely indie gold. His latest track “Little Tourist” is part of his Sleep While You Can EP and has us feeling all warm and fuzzy. The tune is a swirling instrumental piece with warm tones from start to finish. The entire EP is a beautifully introspective work of art at a time where self-reflection is incredibly crucial.
